Welcome to Raahe museums! Whether you are alone, with a friend or in a large group, our seven museums form a nostalgic environment for learning more about Raahe’s history and life in bygone days. For more information about the museum buildings, see Information about the museums.
Opening hours
Summertime (1st June - 31st August)
- Packhouse museum Mon- Fri from 11a.m. - 5p.m., Sat-Sun from noon - 4p.m., free entrance on Saturdays.
- Crown Granary Mon - Fri from 11a.m. - 5p.m., Sat-Sun from noon - 4p.m., free entrance on Saturdays.
- Saloinen museum 2nd - 27th June Tue - Fri from 11a.m. - 5p.m., Sat from noon - 4p.m.
- Shipowners Home 24th June - 4th August Mon-Fri Mon - Fri from 11a.m. - 5p.m., Sat-Sun from noon - 4p.m. . Guided tours in Finnish.
- Old Pharmacy 24th June - 4th August Mon-Fri Mon - Fri from 11a.m. - 5p.m., Sat-Sun from noon - 4p.m.
Wintertime (1st September - 31st May)
- Packhouse museum is open Tue -Fri 1p.m. - 5p.m., Sat from noon - 4p.m., Sun - Mon closed. Free entrance on Saturdays.
- Crown Granary is open Tue -Fri 1p.m. - 5p.m., Sat from noon - 4p.m., Sun - Mon closed. Free entrance on Saturdays.
- Old Pharmacy and Shipowners Home open by advance arrangement.
Visiting museums outside the opening hours
The opening fee is €25, in addition to which an entrance fee will be charged. We also charge €30 if you want a guided tour in the museum.
Museums are closed
